has been serving the city of Tomah and the surrounding area for nearly a century. Our building, constructed in 1915 thanks (in part) to funds from Andrew Carnegie is registered as a National Historic Building. Today the library's collection contains 50,000 items, ranging from books to CDs, DVDs, and teaching materials. We look forward to helping you in whatever way we can.
The Library has 10 computers for internet access. Access is restricted to 2 hours/day and you must register with a librarian before you use one - however, a Tomah library card is not necessary.
If you are under 18 and wish to use the computers, have a parent or guardian sign you up to be "NET OK."
Black & White copies are $0.10 per page, color copies are $1.00 per page or less (depending on the amount of color used).
Faxes are $1.00/page. Please call the library for information about using the fax machine. (608-374-7470)
We currently offer Wi-Fi. The library's wifi name is TomahLibraryGuest, no password is required.
Bring in your scratched, sticky, and skipping discs and we'll give them a nice cleaning. Only $3 a disc for movies, music CDs, Playstation, Xbox, etc., etc.
